Project Information

Laurensfield Court is a new industrial flex building completed in 2022. Located on I-40 in the prominent Greenfield Business Park, it is approximately seven miles southeast of Downtown Raleigh. It is constructed of concrete tilt wall panels and features 34 dock-high doors, a 32’ clear height, and an ESFR sprinkler system. In addition, the site has 177 parking spaces and a 135’ truck court.
