Project Information

Lakeridge Logistics Center is a new speculative industrial project under construction along the southern Lakeridge Parkway corridor, scheduled for completion in late summer 2024. Situated on 27 acres, this 250,000 sq. ft., two-building development will be less than a mile from the I-95 interchange at Sliding Hill Road. It is in an ideal location for worker amenities, as it is midway between the growing Winding Brook development and the revitalization projects at Virginia Center Commons, meaning it is close to retail, food, and lodging opportunities.
