Greenfield 27 was awarded Triangle Business Journal's 2025 Award for the Best Flex/Warehouse Development.

Boston real estate company Foxfield Investments acquired two industrial properties, 4101 and 4501 Waterfield Drive, for $19.81 million. Wigeon Capital developed the properties, which are both Class-A industrial buildings in the Greenfield Business Park in Garner.

Wigeon Capital has big plans for a new mid-size industrial building in east Raleigh, just outside of the Beltline. The 80,100-square-foot building is at 3091 Business Park Drive. It will be used for light industrial, light manufacturing, research and development, and warehouse and distribution.

In 2021, Wigeon Capital acquired 11.8 acres at the Greenfield Business Park in Garner to build 200 Laurensfield Court, a 96,000-square-foot warehouse distribution facility. It was part of Wigeon’s larger plan to build five separate projects in the park.

Realty Income Corp bought a 98,000-square-foot warehouse from Wigeon Capital for $16.6 million. The building is the second development in Wigeon Capital’s Garner Business Park, which will eventually hold six developments totaling 455,000 square feet.

In 2021, Wigeon Capital began work on five projects within the Greenfield Business Park in Garner. The plans involve 410,000 square feet of industrial space. The first building in this conveniently located business park is at 3300 Waterfield Drive.
