The Wake County Board of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) purchased an industrial building in Garner at 600 S. Greenfield Parkway for $27.5 million. Wigeon Capital developed the property in Garner’s Greenfield Business Park. The acquisition is the result of Wake County ABC “bursting at the seams” in its current Raleigh location. Its new warehouse in Garner will be used for stocking the shelves of 26 ABC stores throughout Wake County.
