3300 Waterfield Drive is a new construction industrial flex building that will be available the 1st quarter of 2022.  Approximately 7 miles southeast of downtown Raleigh, the site is located at the intersection of Interstate 40 and Hwy 70 in the prominent Greenfield Business Park.  The site has four access points: one off Waterfield Drive, one off Laurensfield Court, and two on a private road off of Waterfield Dr.

The building will be approximately 58,000 SF and will be constructed of steel with a brick facade. When completed there will be 13 – 10’x12’ high loading dock doors, 22’ clear height, and a ESFR sprinkler system. The building can be subdivided into 4,500 SF bays that have a 35’ width and depth of 128’. The site will have 114 parking spaces, a 130’ truck court and is available for purchase or build-to-suit.
